Role Overview
As a Real Estate Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential property buyers and investors through your own network, referrals, social media, personal branding, or other lead generation methods.
Kushagri Estates will provide project information, pricing details, brochures, guidance, and sales support. However, associates are expected to independently generate leads and introduce prospective clients.
Responsibilities
- Generate buyer and investor leads through personal networking and referrals.
- Promote real estate opportunities through social media and professional networks.
- Connect interested clients with the Kushagri Estates team.
- Coordinate meetings, discussions, and site visits when required.
- Maintain professional communication with prospects.

Earnings & Commission Sharing
This is a commission-sharing opportunity.
Associates do not receive a fixed salary. Upon successful closure of a transaction, the commission received by Kushagri Estates from the developer or project owner will be shared with the associate as per the agreed revenue-sharing structure.
The higher the number and quality of successful referrals, the higher the earning potential.
